Service Description
In Outdoor Explorers we build forts, construct mud volcanoes that really explode, and solve mysteries by learning to read animal tracks. We learn naturalism, ecology and basic STEM through play, not through a lecture. On a rainy day, we might hand kids shovels and let them dig into a giant puddle, and with a little guided observation from our naturalist educators, that puddle becomes a dam, tributaries, or whole micro water system complete with erosion and sedimentation. It's the move-take-a-risk-and-reset release their nervous systems crave after a day of sitting still. They'll be heading home with muddy shoes, big smiles, and the capable, settled feeling that only comes from real time spent outdoors.

Cancellation Policy
Registration Requirements All after school enrichment programs require advance registration through our online booking system. To ensure proper preparation and adequate staffing, we require: - Registration by the registration deadline - Complete registration form including emergency contacts and any medical information - Payment in full at time of booking Program Information Each program listing includes specific age ranges and grade levels. Please ensure your child meets the requirements before booking. All programs include necessary basic materials unless otherwise specified. Payment Policy Full payment is required at the time of registration We accept all major credit cards and electronic payments Cancellation and Refund Policy Participant Cancellations: 48+ hours advance notice: Full refund minus $10 processing fee 24-48 hours advance notice: 50% refund Less than 24 hours notice: No refund Medical emergencies: Full refund with physician documentation Program Cancellations by Focus Enrichment: If we must cancel a program due to insufficient enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days. Attendance Policy Punctual drop-off and pickup is required at designated times Authorized pickup persons must be listed on registration form and provide photo ID No make-up sessions are provided for participant absences No refunds for missed sessions due to participant absence Health and Safety Requirements For the safety and wellbeing of all participants: Children showing signs of illness should not attend programs All allergies, medical conditions, and special needs must be disclosed during registration Current emergency contact information is mandatory All participants must follow program behavior expectations Questions?
